Human Anatomy & Physiology Laboratory

The laboratory is used to provide an introduction to the structure and function of the human body.

Human Anatomy and Physiology of human body is studied with the help of charts, models including human skeleton and various types of apparatus.

It begins with an orientation to the body and then covers the functions of a generalized cell – the atoms and molecules that make up organic molecules, tissues, organs, organ systems as well as the integumentary, skeletal, muscular and nervous systems.

The focus is also given on the healthy functioning of the body and consideration of how each system contributes to overall health and the maintenance of homeostasis, the nervous system and the senses in addition to the endocrine, circulatory, respiratory, urinary, digestive and reproductive systems.
